Warranty & Technical Support Policy

We offer a 12-month whole machine warranty from the date of shipment (excluding normal wearing consumables like conveyor belts, cutting blades, and rollers). Any quality defects caused by raw material or manufacturing issues within the warranty period qualify for free parts replacement and remote repair guidance.

After the warranty expires, we provide permanent free online technical consultation and fault diagnosis. Our professional after-sales engineer team replies to fault feedback within 2 working hours, supplying targeted troubleshooting solutions and operation adjustment suggestions.
